License Validation (MT5 EA)
Your EA connects to our secure server to verify:

Order & License Data: Stored securely for 7 years (required for tax and refund purposes).
API Keys & MT5 IDs: Kept until license expires or is revoked.
Expired Licenses: Anonymized after 90 days (MT5 ID removed, email kept for re-purchase).

By purchasing or using Sunsignal EA (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

Product Description

Sunsignal EA is a digital Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 (MT5). It is sold as a license tied to your MT5 account ID(s) and API key.

License Types

Free Trial: 7-day access, 1–2 MT5 accounts, non-transferable.
Paid License: 30-day access, 1–2 MT5 accounts, non-transferable. Licenses are non-refundable after download or activation.

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the Software or API key

  • Use on more MT5 accounts than licensed

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software

  • Use on demo accounts for paid licenses (free trial allows demo)

Violation results in immediate license revocation without refund.

Delivery & Activation

After payment, you receive:

  • Download link (valid 24 hours)

  • Unique API key via email

You must enter the API key and your MT5 ID(s) in the EA settings.
License activates on first successful validation.

Expiration & Renewal

  • Free Trial: Expires after 7 days. EA stops working.

  • Paid License: Expires after 30 days. EA stops working.

  • Renewal: Repurchase to get a new key. No auto-renewal.

Refunds

  • Free Trial: No refund (free product).

  • Paid License: Full refund within 7 days IF:

After 7 days or activation: No refund.

No Performance Guarantee

Sunsignal EA is a tool. We do not guarantee:

  • Profits or trading results

  • Compatibility with all brokers or VPS

  • Uptime of validation server (99.9% target)

You assume all risk when trading.

Updates

  • Updates are free during active license

  • Download from your account or email link

  • Old versions may stop working after updates

Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if:

  • You violate these terms

  • You abuse support or servers

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for any trading losses

  • Maximum liability = your purchase price

  • No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Disputes resolved in Singapore courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
